G.I.A. received an assignment from an insurance carrier reference to a plaintiff’s complaint of total disability due to a back injury. G.I.A.’s investigator conducts covert surveillance at the plaintiff’s suburban residence where it is discovered that she was operating a business. The investigator wearing a cell phone camera approached the plaintiff and requested a brochure. The plaintiff a physically fit female was wearing a two-piece swimsuit. She momentarily converses with the investigator turns, runs approximately 40 yards to her residence and then runs back. This activity is all captured on videotape. The Insurance Company settles this case within days. Case Closed. |

G.I.A. receives a case assignment from an individual who believes that his wife is having an affair with an unknown male. A local entrepreneur is found to be the main suspect. Video Surveillance is conducted from a Jet Ski of the subjects in the act on the subject’s boat. Case Closed.

G.I.A. conducted covert mobile surveillance on the plaintiff and videotaped him 30 feet up on a ladder, jumping the ladder sideways, as he worked construction on houses for his new company. A favorable settlement was negotiated for the Insurance Company. Case Closed. |

A Corporation alleging violation of the non-compete portion of their employee separation agreement needed to locate the ex-employee and his new employer. GIA’s investigators located the individual and caught him on videotape in direct violation of the agreement. Based on our efforts, the client obtained a positive outcome in their litigation.
